Through your Resident Portal, AppFolio offers convenient renters insurance options that can be purchased directly online. Residents are also welcome to obtain coverage through any licensed renters insurance provider of their choosing.
If you purchase coverage outside of the Resident Portal, simply upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) through your Resident Portal to verify compliance with your lease requirements.
